At Creationship Inc. we understand that everything is connected and that every action creates relationships and legacies that we leave on this planet. We are inspired to help people create life, movement, and structure through the tangible and pragmatic processes of construction. Inspired by concepts of permaculture and design, we are committed to the intention, style, multi-functionality, and long term resilience of the work we do. Building closed-loop systems within our communities such as sourcing recycled and reclaimed materials, as well as implementing alternative building materials such as aircrete, rammed earth, and bamboo. We promote alternative and clean energy as well as energy independence with a goal of creating resilient and intelligent microgrid supported communities. Through thoughtful and holistic understanding we will bring sustainability and appropriate technologies to the forefront of our business.  

Creationship Inc. was founded by Leo Avatar, a lifelong resident of Sonoma County. Leo began carpentry and building at a young age and is inspired by the many creative relationships that form in and around construction and property development, as well as sustainable technologies. He created Creationship Inc. in 2007 with a direct intention to demonstrate how true sustainability can look in the construction industry and how recognizing interconnectedness can enhance all aspects of designed systems and sustainable development.
